欢迎使用 TastePal（以下简称"本服务"）。通过访问或使用本应用，您确认您已阅读、理解并同意受本用户服务协议（以下简称"本协议"）的约束。

您须年满 13 岁方可使用本服务。未成年用户使用本服务须取得监护人同意。
2. 服务说明
TastePal 是一款 AI 驱动的餐厅点餐助手，主要功能包括：
- 拍摄或上传餐厅菜单图片，获取 AI 菜品分类（安全 / 注意 / 避免）
- 基于您的饮食备注，生成个性化菜品推荐
- 将您的饮食需求翻译为餐厅所在地语言，生成"点菜卡"
- 保存和同步您的饮食偏好（注册用户）
本服务可在无账户的情况下匿名使用（菜单扫描功能）。注册账户可解锁偏好保存等附加功能。
3. 用户账户
- 您可通过 Google 账户或电子邮件 + 密码注册账户
- 您有责任保管您的账户凭据安全，对账户下的所有活动负责
- 如发现账户被未经授权使用，请立即联系我们
- 每人仅限注册一个账户
- 您可随时删除账户，相关数据将依据我们的隐私政策处理
4. 用户行为规范
使用本服务时，您同意不得：
- 上传任何违法、有害、欺诈性或侵权内容
- 对本服务进行逆向工程、破解或未经授权访问
- 以自动化方式（爬虫、脚本等）大量请求本服务
- 冒充他人或虚假陈述您与任何个人或实体的关系
- 将本服务用于任何违反适用法律法规的目的
- 干扰或破坏本服务的正常运行
5. AI 推荐免责声明
请仔细阅读本条款：
- TastePal 的菜品分类和推荐由 AI 生成，仅供参考，不构成任何医疗、营养或过敏诊断建议。
- AI 可能存在错误、遗漏或误判，尤其是对于复杂配料、隐性过敏原或方言/手写菜单。
- 如果您患有严重食物过敏或特殊医疗饮食要求，请务必在点餐前直接向餐厅工作人员确认菜品成分。
- 因依赖本服务推荐而产生的任何饮食相关健康问题，TastePal 不承担任何法律责任。
6. 知识产权
本服务的所有内容，包括但不限于软件代码、界面设计、商标、Logo，均为 TastePal 所有或经授权使用，受著作权法及相关法律保护。
您上传的菜单图片归您所有。您授予我们非独家、免版税的权利，在提供服务的范围内处理这些图片（即发送至 AI 进行分析）。
未经书面许可，不得复制、修改、分发或商业利用本服务的任何内容。
7. 服务可用性与变更
- 我们力求保持服务稳定，但不保证服务 100% 无中断
- 我们保留随时修改、暂停或终止服务（全部或部分）的权利，恕不另行通知
- 我们可能定期更新本应用的功能，部分功能可能变更或下线
8. 责任限制
在适用法律允许的最大范围内：
- 本服务按"现状"提供，不附带任何明示或默示保证
- TastePal 对因使用或无法使用本服务而产生的任何间接、偶然、特殊或后果性损害不承担责任
- 我们对您的总责任不超过您在过去 12 个月内为本服务支付的费用（如本服务免费，则为零）
9. 适用法律与争议解决
本协议受西班牙法律管辖。如因本协议引发争议，双方应首先尝试友好协商解决。协商不成时，提交西班牙巴塞罗那有管辖权的法院解决。
欧盟用户还受欧盟消费者保护法律的保护，本协议不限制您依法享有的权利。
10. 协议修改
我们保留随时修改本协议的权利。重大变更将提前通过应用内通知或电子邮件告知注册用户。修改后继续使用本服务，视为接受新协议。

1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to TastePal ("the Service"). By accessing or using this application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please stop using the Service immediately.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. Users under the age of majority in their jurisdiction must have parental or guardian consent.
2. Description of Service
TastePal is an AI-powered restaurant ordering assistant. Key features include:
- Photograph or upload restaurant menu images to receive AI dish classification (safe / warn / avoid)
- Personalized dish recommendations based on your dietary notes
- Generate a "Waiter Card" translating your dietary needs into the local language
- Save and sync dietary preferences (registered users)
The menu scan feature is available without an account (anonymous use). Creating an account unlocks preference saving and other features.
3. User Accounts
- You may register using a Google account or email and password
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account
- If you discover unauthorized use of your account, contact us immediately
- Each person may maintain only one account
- You may delete your account at any time; data will be handled per our Privacy Policy
4. User Conduct
When using the Service, you agree not to:
- Upload any illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or infringing content
- Reverse-engineer, crack, or gain unauthorized access to the Service
- Use automated methods (bots, scrapers, scripts) to make bulk requests
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity
- Use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the Service
5. AI Recommendation Disclaimer
Please read this section carefully:
- TastePal's dish classifications and recommendations are AI-generated and provided for reference only. They do not constitute medical, nutritional, or allergy-diagnostic advice.
- AI may make errors, omissions, or misclassifications, particularly for complex ingredients, hidden allergens, or handwritten/dialect menus.
- If you have severe food allergies or specific medical dietary requirements, you must confirm dish ingredients directly with restaurant staff before ordering.
- TastePal bears no legal liability for any health issues arising from reliance on the Service's recommendations.
6. Intellectual Property
All content within the Service — including but not limited to software code, interface design, trademarks, and logos — is owned by or licensed to TastePal and protected by copyright and related laws.
Menu images you upload remain your property. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process these images solely for the purpose of providing the Service (i.e., sending them to AI for analysis).
Reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial use of any Service content without written permission is prohibited.
7. Service Availability & Changes
- We strive to keep the Service stable but do not guarantee 100% uptime
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Service (in whole or in part) at any time without prior notice
- Features may be updated, changed, or discontinued periodically
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
- TastePal is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the Service
- Our total liability to you shall not exceed amounts paid by you for the Service in the preceding 12 months (zero if the Service is free)
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall first attempt to resolve it amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Barcelona, Spain.
EU consumers retain all rights afforded by EU consumer protection law; these Terms do not limit those rights.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated in advance via in-app notification or email to registered users. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

1. Aceptación de los Términos
Bienvenido a TastePal ("el Servicio"). Al acceder o utilizar esta aplicación, confirmas que has leído, comprendido y aceptas quedar vinculado por estos Términos de Servicio ("Términos").
Si no estás de acuerdo con alguna parte de estos Términos, deja de usar el Servicio de inmediato.
Debes tener al menos 13 años para usar el Servicio. Los usuarios menores de edad en su jurisdicción deben contar con el consentimiento de sus padres o tutores.
2. Descripción del Servicio
TastePal es un asistente de pedidos en restaurantes basado en inteligencia artificial. Sus funciones principales incluyen:
- Fotografiar o subir imágenes de menús de restaurantes para recibir clasificación de platos por IA (seguro / advertencia / evitar)
- Recomendaciones personalizadas de platos basadas en tus notas dietéticas
- Generar una "Tarjeta para el camarero" que traduce tus necesidades dietéticas al idioma local
- Guardar y sincronizar preferencias dietéticas (usuarios registrados)
La función de escaneo de menú está disponible sin cuenta (uso anónimo). Crear una cuenta desbloquea el guardado de preferencias y otras funciones.
3. Cuentas de Usuario
- Puedes registrarte con una cuenta de Google o correo electrónico y contraseña
- Eres responsable de mantener la seguridad de tus credenciales y de toda la actividad bajo tu cuenta
- Si detectas uso no autorizado de tu cuenta, contáctanos de inmediato
- Cada persona puede mantener solo una cuenta
- Puedes eliminar tu cuenta en cualquier momento; los datos se gestionarán según nuestra Política de Privacidad
4. Conducta del Usuario
Al usar el Servicio, aceptas no:
- Subir contenido ilegal, dañino, fraudulento o que infrinja derechos de terceros
- Realizar ingeniería inversa, piratear u obtener acceso no autorizado al Servicio
- Usar métodos automatizados (bots, scrapers, scripts) para realizar solicitudes masivas
- Suplantar la identidad de personas o representar falsamente tu afiliación con cualquier entidad
- Usar el Servicio para fines que infrinjan las leyes o regulaciones aplicables
- Interferir o interrumpir el funcionamiento normal del Servicio
5. Descargo de Responsabilidad sobre Recomendaciones de IA
Lee esta sección cuidadosamente:
- Las clasificaciones y recomendaciones de platos de TastePal son generadas por IA y se proporcionan solo como referencia. No constituyen asesoramiento médico, nutricional ni diagnóstico de alergias.
- La IA puede cometer errores, omisiones o clasificaciones incorrectas, especialmente con ingredientes complejos, alérgenos ocultos o menús escritos a mano o en dialectos.
- Si tienes alergias alimentarias graves o requisitos dietéticos médicos específicos, debes confirmar los ingredientes de los platos directamente con el personal del restaurante antes de pedir.
- TastePal no asume ninguna responsabilidad legal por problemas de salud derivados de confiar en las recomendaciones del Servicio.
6. Propiedad Intelectual
Todo el contenido del Servicio — incluyendo pero no limitado a código de software, diseño de interfaz, marcas comerciales y logotipos — es propiedad de TastePal o está licenciado a TastePal, y está protegido por las leyes de derechos de autor y afines.
Las imágenes de menús que subes son de tu propiedad. Nos otorgas una licencia no exclusiva y libre de regalías para procesar estas imágenes únicamente con el fin de prestar el Servicio (es decir, enviarlas a la IA para su análisis).
Queda prohibida la reproducción, modificación, distribución o uso comercial de cualquier contenido del Servicio sin permiso por escrito.
7. Disponibilidad y Cambios del Servicio
- Nos esforzamos por mantener el Servicio estable, pero no garantizamos una disponibilidad del 100%
- Nos reservamos el derecho de modificar, suspender o cancelar el Servicio (total o parcialmente) en cualquier momento sin previo aviso
- Las funciones pueden actualizarse, cambiarse o discontinuarse periódicamente
8. Limitación de Responsabilidad
En la máxima medida permitida por la ley aplicable:
- El Servicio se proporciona "tal cual" sin garantías de ningún tipo, expresas o implícitas
- TastePal no es responsable de ningún daño indirecto, incidental, especial o consecuente derivado del uso o la imposibilidad de usar el Servicio
- Nuestra responsabilidad total hacia ti no superará los importes pagados por ti por el Servicio en los 12 meses anteriores (cero si el Servicio es gratuito)
9. Ley Aplicable y Resolución de Disputas
Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes de España. En caso de disputa, las partes intentarán resolverla amistosamente en primer lugar. Si no se resuelve, las disputas se someterán a los tribunales competentes de Barcelona, España.
Los consumidores de la UE conservan todos los derechos que les otorga la legislación europea de protección del consumidor; estos Términos no limitan esos derechos.
10. Modificaciones de los Términos
Nos reservamos el derecho de actualizar estos Términos en cualquier momento. Los cambios importantes se comunicarán con antelación mediante notificación en la app o por correo electrónico a los usuarios registrados. El uso continuado del Servicio tras los cambios implica la aceptación de los Términos actualizados.
